Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester
Pay: £15.20 per hour
Hours of Support Required:
Support hours vary between Term Time and Non-Term Time:
Term Time (29 hours/week)
Wednesday & Thursday: 3:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Non-Term Time / School Holidays (62.5 hours/week)
Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am – 3:30pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30am – 9:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
Flexibility is essential. Candidates must be available for both term and non-term time patterns, as consistency is key to the young person’s wellbeing.
Contract: Zero Hours, access to a range of complex care packages
Our client is a lovely teenage girl who presents with multiple and complex needs and requires tailored, around-the-clock support in line with detailed clinical and behavioral care plan

What You'll Bring:
Epilepsy – Care staff must be trained and confident in recognising and responding to seizures.
Significant Developmental Delay – Full support is required with personal care, communication, and daily activities.
Wheelchair Use – She has some mobility with assistance and uses specialist equipment.
Behaviours That Challenge – These are managed through consistent, proactive approaches with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
She requires dedicated 1:1 support in all environments, including at home, during transitions, and when out in the community.
