What You’ll Do: Manage recruitment processes from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, advising on policies, employee relations, and compliance. Support onboarding and induction programs to integrate new hires into a fast-moving workplace. Ensure HR compliance with UK employment regulations and internal policies. Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate company events, travel, and office operations to support international teams. What You Bring: HR experience, ideally in recruitment, employee relations, or compliance. A CIPD qualification (or working towards it) or a relevant degree. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
