In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with the planning and production teams, proactively identifying and resolving potential project blockers. Your ability to stay solution-focused, coupled with a "can-do" attitude, will be crucial in overcoming challenges that may arise. Strong communication skills are key, as you will be responsible for aligning internal teams and stakeholders, as well as maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers.
Your role is not just about managing timelines—it's about building strong relationships, driving efficiency, and ensuring that all parties involved in a project are aligned and informed at every step of the process.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager at Pelham

Quality Control Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC) team to communicate any packaging and raw material issues to customers, ensuring that any challenges are resolved promptly and effectively.
Customer Meetings: Organise and attend regular meetings with customers (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), providing updates on CPA progress, identifying potential risks, discussing project variations, and agreeing on any necessary timeline adjustments.
Supply Chain Management: Communicate with external suppliers to address and troubleshoot any supply chain delays, mitigating potential project disruptions.
Post-Project Reviews: Lead post-project review meetings with internal Heads of Departments, capturing key takeaways and actionable learnings to continuously improve future production runs.
