Account Specialist - Respiratory Position Available in North Yorkshire

A new opportunity has arisen for an Account Specialist to join a highly experienced team.
As the single point of contact for customers, you will work in partnership to create solutions tailored to their needs.
Key responsibilities include promoting the Respiratory Portfolio in accordance with the UK marketing plan and locally developed customer plans.
Target Accounts:
* General Practitioners (GPs)
* Practice Based Nurses
* Practiced Based Pharmacy
* Health Care Assistants
* Other relevant decision makers
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them to key functions such as education, medical support, co-creation partnerships, and value-added opportunities.
* Act as an ambassador for Voice of the Customer by listening, learning, and responding to customer needs and feedback.
* Develop account plans for target Primary Care Networks (PCNs), practice clusters, and individual practices.
* Establish and maintain customer partnerships, positioning the company as a respiratory partner of choice.
* Pioneer both digital and face-to-face interactions, leveraging new technology and platforms through customer insights.
* Empathize with customers, recognizing their challenges and collaborating to develop co-created solutions.
* Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales, Net Promoter Score (NPS), project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Hold an ABPI examination or be working towards it
* Have a strong understanding of the NHS and customer priorities
* Demonstrate a track record of delivering consistent sales results in accordance with set targets
* Employ effective planning skills through Key Account Management techniques
* possess business planning skills, including the ability to produce business proposals/cases as required
* Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships across key customer groups
* Display critical reasoning skills, capable of interpreting and utilizing available data sources to enhance customer planning effectiveness
* Have an affinity for digital media
