The ambition of the programme is to work with stakeholders to identify the gaps in training provision that will make a real difference to practice and co-develop what is required for staff in both direct care provider roles and in coordinator and leadership roles, as well as supporting whole team development. Main duties of the job This role will report to and work closely with the Health Equity CPD Development Lead, providing high level project and administrative support. This includes: Providing administrative support for the CPD programme, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, booking venues, creating process maps. Dealing with enquiries and requests ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner Being highly proficient in MS Office and simple online software Excellent customer service and partnership working skills. Ability to work autonomously, use initiative to problem solve creatively as well as organise and prioritise own workload Strong, confident communication skills both written and oral Ability to be flexible and adapt to new pieces of work as priorities change A particular focus for this role will be to support the development of training resources including e-learning. Experience of working in a training and development function will be an advantage.
