Previous sales support or administration experience, ideally gained within the travel sector, is needed for the role, along with strong customer service skills and a positive and pro-active approach.

Role of Travel Sales Administrator:
* Supporting the sales team making bookings
* Sending receipts & tickets
* Managing files and general office invoicing
* Making amendments
* Assisting customers with any post booking queries.
* Providing pre-departure advice and post trip follow ups
Skills required for the role:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry – advantageous
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good knowledge of travel CRM systems – advantageous
* First class organisation and commuication skills
