What you'll be doing
1.JOB PURPOSE:
We have some exciting Account Manager opportunities to join our award winning Customer Success team on a permanent full-time basis, based on-site at our state of the art Swindon Office. These roles also offer great career development and progression opportunities.
You will be working within the customer success team, responsible for improving customer experience in order to drive growth, customer satisfaction and retention with our existing customer base.
Within the customer success group there are multiple lines of business, working collaboratively, sharing best practice and ensuring our Corpay customer base has the best solutions to suit their business needs
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. You will be managing a dedicated portfolio of customers with the aim of looking to grow revenue and volume
2. Recognise opportunities to cross sell from our product portfolio including EV and expense solutions
3. You will be spending your days proactively engaging with your customers and various stakeholders across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey
3. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

8. Account Management experience would be advantageous
9. Previous experience of phone based roles
The rewards we give you:
• Salary £23,400 - £27,000
• Commission £7,000 OTE (uncapped, with accelerators)
