Job Title: Sales Administrator / Receptionist
Reporting to: Sales Management
We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 500+ pre owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
* Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams
* Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner
* Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers
* Process customer documents and trasnfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles
* Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date
