Job Title: Sales Administrator / Receptionist Reporting to: Sales Management We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our new Car Supermarket based in Watford (stocking 500 pre owned vehicles). We are looking for a highly organised, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves systems, customer service skills, excellent written and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. What will you be doing? Handle inbound and outbound email/phone enquiries and direct customers to the relevant teams Ensure accurate records for parts, service and sales are kept and updated in a timely manner Ensure vehicle documents are scanned on our system for sales team and customers Process customer documents and trasnfer v5 ownership on sold vehicles Liaise with the sales team to ensure sales diaries are accurate and up to date What do you need for this role?
