If so, the Artwork and Production Manager role might be your perfect next step About the role: As the Artwork and Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in our marketing team by overseeing the creative development within the team, and be responsible for the production and delivery of Marketing and POS materials for multiple global cruise partners. Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2 days in office per week Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare cash plan, 26 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown) What you will be doing: Support the optimum implementation of the marketing calendar, by cruise line, through the development and production of relevant and compelling marketing comms that support and enhance our marketing objectives Oversee development and production of creative concepts (large format and point of sale) for all global requirements – from central office and Sydney / Miami offices. Manage the production and print support for UK / Sydney / Miami offices and source relevant additional printers in other global locations where required. Develop and maintain suites of creative templates Maintain Harding’s image and artwork libraries in partnership with Central Operations team Manage and develop the Creative Artworker and Junior Artworker Ensure that Artwork and Production standards are met and consistent across the department. Build relationships with buyers and brand contacts to ensure our visual library is up to date Identify and deliver cost efficiencies in the production and delivery of in store comms and marketing materials About you: Strong experience with Retail Point of Sale Experience with print, production technique and suppliers Exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills to work with internal teams and cruise lines Comfort working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK Experience mentoring or leading a team Key Attributes – trust, collaboration, respect, passion, drive, resilience About us: Harding is leading the way in innovative onboard cruise retailing, working closely with our cruise line partners and brand partners to ‘make every cruise better’.
