Role Specification:
* Achieve business objectives through guest focused service delivery by understanding guests expectations and personalising their experiences accordingly.
* Implement strategies for managing costs, including stock and waste control, to maximize profitability.
* Employ technology to streamline operations, improve service delivery, and reduce costs.
* Identify and nurture potential within the team, encouraging growth, training, and development.
* * Regularly evaluate and enhance departmental performance by introducing innovative practices.
* Maintain high standards through regular audits, staff training, and by gathering and acting on guest feedback.
* Carefully manage the cost of goods sold to maintain profitability.
* Monitor and manage stock levels and reduce waste to improve cost efficiency.
* Uphold the company's reputation by maintaining consistent service quality and adhering to brand values.
Further Info:
* Full-time role
* 40hours per week, 5 days out of 7
* A full valid UK driving licence is required
* Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business
