Key responsibilities representing Product Management interests and partnering with the business to deliver one or more significant transformation initiatives which have broad impacts across numerous business functions. Job expectations include overseeing one major project, as well as additional smaller projects, driving the project team to deliver targeted objectives, using appropriate tools to support project methodology, and acting as an interface to client-facing and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Direct management of the planning, execution, and deployment of major change initiatives across GPS Product. Ensures that Product requirements and associated project decisions are appropriately identified, agreed, documented, and monitored to ensure that the business objectives are delivered. Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators. Drives project plan actions as directed by senior executives. Manages risk due to change and proactively escalate issues and drive solutions to reduce risk from change and ensure transparency of all stakeholders. Plans and organises projects using appropriate tools and techniques, including Technology platforms used by client facing employees, change management tools, and risk and issue management tools to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Navigates across various Lines of Business and partner organizations, including Technology and Risk, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution. Develops, maintains, and reports on an overall integrated delivery plan, raising any risks, developing a mitigation plan, and escalating issues appropriately to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all Enterprise Change Standards and Corporate requirements, policies, and procedures. What we are looking for Strong experience of end-to-end project management, ideally in transformation projects which have end-user impact. Experience of working collaboratively with a range of business functions, such as Technology, Servicing, Operations, Fulfilment, Marketing, Legal and Compliance. Knowledge of Product Management and/or Product Development, ideally having worked as part of or in close partnership with a Product Management function. Understanding of transaction banking solutions and varied client deployment models. Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) and SharePoint. Strong decision-making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style. Must have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely compressed deadlines. Enthusiastic, energetic, determined, and positive, able to work efficiently in a high pressure, fast changing environment. Ideally Project Management Professional Certified. Curious, self-starter and eager to learn. Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
