Retention Manager
Salary Range: £60,000 - £65,000

Role Overview:
The Retention Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the Group's customer retention and revenue growth initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to lead strategic renewal processes, develop tailored retention programmes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. The Retention Manager will be instrumental in introducing data-driven strategies that optimise renewals and reduce policy attrition.
Essential Skills:
1. Proven experience in a Renewals Manager role or similar.
2. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of customer retention strategies.
3. Proficient in data analytics to inform strategic initiatives.
4. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
5. Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset for process improvement.
