Leonid Group is an international talent acquisition consulting company, relentless in its pursuit of redefining good service in the recruitment industry. We only work on a retained basis, and we have successfully delivered over 98% of our client instructions, placing more than 500 candidates across 13 countries.

Our delivery model is engineered to deliver the best possible customer service to clients and candidates; we hold ourselves to high standards, offering predefined guaranteed timelines of delivery and an innovative technology platform including video shortlisting. We only work on retained mandates so our KPIs are based on quality metrics, not CVs sent; focused on doing the right thing, not the easy thing.
