Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen with our OD and People Team, and we are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant and Administrator for the Associate Director -of Operational HR and People Operations Team.
This is an important role and you will be providing a range of PA and administrative support which will include organising and maintaining systems, attending and supporting at meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the wider team.
You will need to be a clear and effective communicator and confident interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will also need to be committed to ensuring that confidentially is maintained at all times.
You will be highly computer literate, with expert skills in being able to utilise the full range of Microsoft Office products. You must also be able to work independently, using your initiative, managing and prioritising your own workload, and respond swiftly to changing demands and the needs of the department .
An interest and experience operating in a HR environment would be beneficial as well as any previous experience of co-ordinating or working within a compliance role as these are key aspects of the job.

1. Proven secretarial experience of providing administrative support for meetings, dealing with enquiries, managing corporate procedures and arranging in-house workshops/training events and similar.
2. Experience of managing sensitive/confidential information in line with current legislation.
3. Able to accurately transcribe minutes of meetings and present in a timely manner.
4. Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking and re-prioritising workload as required to meet deadlines and expectations.
