Payroller Annual Salary: £17,200 - £18,100 (FTE £35-£36k) Location: Bromley Job Type: Part-time, Term Time Only (20 hours per week) We are seeking a dedicated Payroller to manage and execute all payroll duties for over 300 staff members at a local school. This role offers a term-time only schedule with the flexibility to work from home once fully trained. Day-to-day of the role: Accurately run the monthly payroll for all the staff members, ensuring timely and correct payments. Maintain and update payroll records and handle payroll processing. Calculate deductions such as taxes, pensions, and other withholdings. Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or queries. Prepare payroll reports for management and audit purposes. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and payroll tax obligations. Collaborate with HR to align payroll processing with employee records, benefits, and new hires. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in payroll administration. Strong understanding of payroll software and tools. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
