Job Title: Phase Lead Pay Scale: MPR 1-6 £31,650 - £43,607 plus TLR2a £3,391 Hours: Monday to Friday, full time Closing Date: 9am on Sunday 9th February 2025 Interview Date: Wednesday 12th February 2025 We are looking to appoint a Phase Lead to provide high-quality, supportive and engaging teaching for the pupils in our school. We are looking for someone who is a strong classroom practitioner to join our KS1 team. You will need to have a clear understanding of teaching and learning to ensure our children make maximum progress and are ready for the next stage of their education. As Key Stage1 Phase leader you will lead the phase team to ensure high quality teaching and the highest standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. You will also ensure the consistency of approach in teaching in KS1, in line with the existing whole school model and promote the vision, culture and ethos of the school. You will be responsible for sharing key messages with staff, provide guidance and support and ensure that the staff voice is heard.
