Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the safety, security, and appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following appropriate legislation and company policy.
2. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
3. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
4. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
6. Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
7. Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
8. Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
Requirements:
1. Be a team player with good communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
2. Experienced in a similar role and fresh food environment, with a genuine commitment and passion for food, training, and quality service.
3. Be able to deliver exceptional food service - taking full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service.

Age-related pay rates apply for Under 21s:
18-20: £9.00 per hour. Under 18s: £8.00 per hour.
