The Role
As Regional Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees while driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will be P&L accountable, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional workforce solutions across blue collar, white collar, M&E, and in-house training academy services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies in line with company objectives.
P&L Leadership: Manage financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
Operational Excellence: Oversee workforce solutions delivery, maintaining high service standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients to secure new business.
People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop teams to create a high-performance culture.
