Our client is a family run business based in Hoddesdon and they seek an enthusiastic, driven, hard- working, flexible candidate to join their team. The role is a full-time temporary - permanent position working from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday, offering a salary of £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. Working within a small office, the successful candidate will be required to carry out all aspects of administration and customer service duties. Candidates must be flexible and adaptable and work well within a small team. The role is primarily focuses on figures, tracking price changes and raising quotations etc., so attention to detail and grasp of maths important. Duties: Tracking price changes Customer Service Sales order Processing Raising quotations Answering phones and dealing with customer queries Allocating jobs to engineers Ordering goods and parts Using internal CRM system on a daily basis Update spreadsheets Typing e-mails and correspondence Skills/Experience Admin support experience required Good grasp of Maths important Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible and adaptable Ability to move items within the warehouse Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience of using a CRM system beneficial
