We are looking for a visionary leader with: A Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or possess significant experience in a related area. A qualified teacher with extensive teaching experience in an appropriate subject area. A proven track record of success in leadership and management, preferably within an educational context. Strong experience in designing and delivering pathways that enable students to progress in their chosen fields. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in post-16 education. A commitment to creating an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive environment for staff and students alike.
