About the role:
* Immediate start available!
* Location: Magherafelt
* Salary: Up to £13.50 per hour
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm

Duties:
* Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorisation.
* Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centres.
* Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies or obtain additional information.
* Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
* Prepare and process payments, electronic transfers, and strip transactions.
* Schedule and coordinate payment runs.
* Reconcile and process employee expense reports.
Criteria:
* Experience in a similar role.
