As a trusted partner of some of the UK's leading energy brands, our client is seeking a skilled Social & Paid Media Executive to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage, analyse, and optimise their organic social media and paid media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition Social Media Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Manage day-to-day activities on key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities. Create high-quality, visually engaging content (graphics, videos, and copy). Paid Media Campaigns Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Create compelling ad copy and visuals to attract target audiences and generate conversions. Monitor campaign budgets, A/B test creative, and adjust bids to ensure optimal ROI. Perform audience segmentation and targeting to refine campaign strategies and enhance results. Provide detailed performance reports, including ROI, CTR, and CPC metrics, with actionable recommendations for improvement. This role will be fully onsite for the initial probationary period, transitioning to a flexible hybrid working arrangement thereafter.
