Position: Marketing Executive Location: Birmingham City Centre Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days in the office / 1 working from home Role Overview: As an AV Executive, you will: Possess a solid understanding of the TV and VOD (Video on Demand) marketplace. Assist the AV Manager in planning and executing broadcast media plans from inception to completion. Manage, optimise, and track the delivery of campaigns. Maintain up-to-date AV account administration, including delivery trackers. Track and report on campaign delivery using Adalyser. Share proactive opportunities within the agency. Brief media owners for AV-related briefs. Collaborate with the wider team to devise media plans that meet client briefs and budgets. Create AV presentations, converting work into preferred formats. Prepare reports for clients and stakeholders. Liaise with media owners to ensure optimised schedules, including monitoring spot lists. Organise and maintain client folders on SharePoint and Asana boards. Prepare artwork specifications and deadlines for clients.
