PHP Web Developer
We have kicked off what is going to be a very exciting 2024 here at Jadu, and we are looking for new people to join our team.
We are on the lookout for a PHP Web Developer with a creative flair and keen eye for detail. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to propel their career and surround themselves with some exceptionally talented individuals, who will enrich their learning journey.
To join us, you will need good knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML and ideally Symfony or another similar framework.

What you will bring to the role
As a web developer, you will love solving problems and take care crafting your solutions. As well as writing great code using PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS & JavaScript, you will need to be able to communicate your ideas clearly, give and receive feedback in peer reviews, and work within your team to deliver secure, high quality, performant solutions to our customers.
Skills, experience and capabilities should include:
* Excellent knowledge of programming principles, OO, TDD etc.
* Good knowledge of PHP, ideally including Symfony framework.
* Good knowledge of Twig is desirable.
* Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS & JavaScript.
* Good knowledge and experience of developing secure, scalable web solutions a distinct advantage.
* Good knowledge of version control software, preferably GIT.
* Exposure and awareness of build tools and continuous integration environments, knowledge of GitLab CI or Jenkins is desirable.
* Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
* Experience of customer-facing or agency work would be advantageous.
