This is a role where you can make a difference to our children and families in Southampton. In Southampton, we are working hard to build something special within our Family Hub service, and we would love for you to be a part of this.
As a Family Hub Support Worker, you will be the first point of contact in the Family Hubs, ensuring families, the public, and external groups are welcomed with a high standard of care. You will support communication within the centre as part of the multi-agency team delivering services to children and their families. You will assist the team with administrative processes and recording systems to help ensure all families know about the Family Hub offer, ensuring they can access the information they need to gain the best outcomes for their children.
