We have opportunities for customer focused individuals who want to work in a friendly and supportive environment as part of our outpatient booking team at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill.
The roles involve undertaking a variety of tasks relating to booking and managing outpatient appointments including answering incoming calls and liaising with patients and stakeholders.
Outpatient Booking Officers help fully utilise clinics and ensure that patients are booked in accordance with the Trusts referral to treatment policy.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate diplomacy and empathy and be comfortable working in a busy office environment whilst maintaining accuracy.
