The Role - Fabricator / Trainee Fabricator Welder
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you'll be fully trained to work as part of their friendly and dedicated team fabricating all the components of a wide range of bespoke industrial doors such as roller shutters, high speed doors, folding shutters, and garage doors.

- Desire to learn and develop the ability to use workshop tools; Guillotine / Mig Welder / Band Saw / Pillar Drill / Brake Press
- Ability to learn to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Flexible attitude, with good organisation and prioritisation skills
The Package
As a Trainee Fabricator / Welder you'll benefit from:
- A trainee starting salary in the region of £26,000 to £28,000 with the level dependent on experience and qualifications. For those already experienced as a Fabricator / Welder the salary is negotiable
- Overtime is available from time to time which is paid
- Contributory pension scheme
- 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays
- Permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday between 7.30am to4.00pm, with flexibility required to meet business and client needs
