We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, streamlining administrative processes, and contributing to the growth of Bullion Club. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of sales workflows and marketing strategies, along with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
* Assist the sales team with client communications, enquiries, and order processing.
* Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and other related paperwork.
* Maintain and update client databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
* Coordinate appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
* Track sales progress and prepare reports for management.
Marketing Support:
* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products.
* Create and schedule content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
* Design and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
* Manage website updates to ensure accurate and current information.
* Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
Administrative Duties:
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to relevant team members.
* Organise and maintain office files, records, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
* Provide general administrative support to the management team.
* Coordinate office events, client meetings, and team activities as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales and marketing role, ideally within a finance, investment, or similar industry.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CMS).
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
* A proactive, adaptable attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience in investment or a related financial product industry.
* Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and reporting tools.
* Graphic design skills for creating marketing assets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
