About the Role In the role of Team Lead, you’ll manage and mentor the team, ensuring robust staffing levels and seamless office operations. You’ll oversee training, support goal-setting, and collaborate with the Service Manager to meet team targets and address feedback. Your strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will drive our success in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is a plus, but your leadership and customer service excellence are what truly matter. Principle duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: Working within and supporting designated teams to maintain KPIs in line with contract requirements. Assisting administrators within teams with daily/ weekly monitoring of data and completion of tasks. Compiling activity and quality reports for discussion with peers and Service Manager on a weekly basis. Monitoring care pathways, liaising with Service Manager on day-to-day operational matters. Participation in the design and review of standard operating procedures alongside Service Manager and the team. Coordinating clinicians in relation to clinic dates in collaboration with clinic coordinator. Ensuring adequate clinics are available to maintain waiting lists. Having regular HR monthly 121 meetings with team members. Documenting discussions and escalating any issues or concerns to the Service manager. Person Specification Ability to collate, present, and interpret data or desire to learn. Ability to lead and a motivate a team to ensure optimal productivity and achievement of targets. Understanding of NHS structure or desire to learn. Experience of using patient management systems like Iaptus/Salesforce or similar.
