Beauty Creative We’re currently looking for a Beauty Creative to join our Creative Operations team in Harrods’ Hammersmith Head Office. Our Beauty Creatives are responsible for upholding a strong creative identity for Harrods beauty, creating and managing all creative social briefs, paid partnership briefs and ad hoc shoots for .com and the Harrods Magazine – all while ensuring the creative content is aligned to the Harrods beauty brand goals. About the Role Our Beauty Creatives report into one of our Art Directors to support with responding to briefs and submissions, as well as working in collaboration with the Beauty Editor and Head of Creative to deliver outstanding beauty creative content across all platforms. Bringing creative into every aspect of our social media storytelling, the Beauty Creative role is centred on crafting visually creative and engaging creative content. In conjunction with the Harrods Studio and Video teams, the Beauty Creatives need to deliver shoots that meet specified briefs, as well as working closely with the rest of the beauty teams to marry visual direction and tone of voice across all assets. Please note that the nature of this role requires early morning shoots, both on location or in a studio. As such, our Beauty Creatives must be able to commit to a flexible working schedule. About You You will have an art direction background with an understanding of the beauty world and experience working with beauty brands. You’ll be a visual storyteller, able to bring to life your creative ideas through ideation and art direction. Confident converting industry knowledge and expertise into creating for the Harrods beauty channel, you will have a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and how to creative successful creative content for a retail customer. You will also be: An omnichannel expert across different digital and print platforms, understanding the nuances of each and be able to offer strategic creative recommendations based on these. Experienced in creating engaging, social-first creative content, with an enthusiasm and interest in Instagram and what it takes to be best-in-class on the platform. Impeccably organised with excellent time-keeping, able to work on several projects at once under pressure and to tight deadlines. Confident and convicted in art direction of photoshoots and videos, as well as strong storyboarding and creative ideation experience.
