As a Time Critical Service Delivery Agent, you'll be at the forefront of providing top-notch customer service and logistics support.
Your Role
This role demands precision and dedication to ensure procedures are followed seamlessly. Answering calls professionally, taking client orders accurately, and keeping clients informed at every stage, you'll be key in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction. Navigate international logistics complexities, build lasting client relationships, and demonstrate a proactive attitude. Your Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly and professionally to time-sensitive shipping requests.
2. Familiarise yourself with all special services offered to provide comprehensive options to customers.
3. Establish the best transport solutions (Express Air, Hand Carry, Road).
4. Complete customs checks.
5. Arrange bookings, collections, and deliveries.
6. Provide quotations and obtain third-party costings.
7. Trace and track shipments, proactively updating customers on delays, customs, proof of delivery, charges, and resolutions.
8. Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude and be willing to go the extra mile for customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
1. Extensive experience in the airfreight industry, especially with time-sensitive shipments.
2. Outstanding customer service, influencing, and consultative skills.
3. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
5. Proficiency with computer applications.
6. Ability to build relationships and develop contacts.
7. Strong analytical and commercial awareness.
8. Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making skills.
