The Vacancy
Job Purpose
To undertake Fire Alarm/Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance, working within the Security and Fire team whilst operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Representing the company in a professional and competent manner at all times and developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
2. Delivery of CCTV, Intruder, Access and Fire Alarm/Emergency Lighting Maintenance works on site in compliance with the agreed Service Level Agreement.
3. Liaison with the Service Team at all times striving to ensure that all works are delivered on time.
4. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all colleagues and sub-contractors follow safe systems of work on site.
5. Working on stand-by rota. Attending corrective calls effectively.
6. Identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may occur during service delivery.
7. Ensuring company vehicle is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
8. Comply with any other reasonable management instruction.
Key Performance Indicators
1. Delivery of works in compliance with the clients specification and within agreed timescales.
2. Quality of work - Achieving completion of monthly planned maintenance works.
3. Achieve and maintain 100% H&S and job related competence.
4. Maintenance of company vehicles.
