Our company is recruiting for a Full time Office Assistant.
You will be part of a small Accounts team in our Taunton based company. The work is varied and will include both sales and purchase ledger, dealing with customer enquiries and a wide range of administration tasks. You will be answering the telephone, dealing with customer enquiries as well as cash handling and banking. You will assist in various periodic projects the department carries out as well as a number of HR and Payroll tasks.
Desired skills
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred
2. Accurate and good attention to detail
3. Have a good telephone manner
