Flair Rugs is seeking a highly organised and diligent individual for the role of Personal Assistant/Project Manager to our CEO. The ideal candidate will need to be based in Stockport or the South Manchester area, with the ability to work on the road between meetings – including our offices in Glossop, Derbyshire.

As a PA/PM at Flair Rugs, you’ll play a key role in supporting our CEO by understanding their needs, anticipating their goals, and driving projects forward. Your talent for project management will be essential as you handle complex tasks and challenges. You’ll also serve as a reliable gatekeeper, representing the CEO with confidence, determination and be a positive ambassador for the business.

About You:
* Previous experience as a PA, in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a trading business/retail environment.
* Demonstrated Project Management within this type of role or similar.
* Proactive self-starter, you can anticipate the needs of others and take the initiative.
* Ability to thrive in a close-knit business, you can adapt easily, stay resilient and remain composed in challenging situations
* Have a drive for continuous growth and enjoy finding practical, results-driven solutions to add real value to the business.
* Flexible and assertive; you’ll need to embrace and commit to challenges along the way, not being afraid to pushback when required.
* Innovative, tech-savvy and be able to pivot across different approaches and priorities.

Key Skills:
* Have strong business acumen.
* Transform any meeting or report into a clear, concise summary. Extract and highlight the crucial details, ensuring nothing essential is lost in the process.
* Exemplary skills in organisation, communication, planning, and attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
* Accuracy to manage meeting logistics, calendars and schedules with a focus on flexibility.
* Maintain strict confidentiality standards.
* Proficient in Office 365: Outlook, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
* Direct experience supporting senior leadership and board-level executives.
* Proven track record in managing diverse projects.
Main Responsibilities Include:
* Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Handle meeting logistics, including room bookings, equipment setup, and catering.
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
* Keep a strategic project tracking and filing system for real-time updates.
* Create and deliver high-quality reports, agendas, and presentations.
* Streamline the CEO's email communications and offer proactive support during their absence.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Full Time, Flexible hours across the week with core office hours of 9:30 – 15:30.
Place of Work: On the road with CEO, dependant on meeting location.
Holidays: 33 Days Per Annum, Inclusive of Bank Holidays
