About Dibble Digital
We’re a small but ambitious digital marketing agency based in Towcester, Northamptonshire. At Dibble Digital, we specialise in Website Design & Development, SEO, Google Ads & Paid Social for B2B clients and a handful of B2C.
Right now, we're focused on refining our internal processes to deliver reliable, efficient, and repeatable results for our clients. We’re growing — and we’re doing it thoughtfully, by building a collaborative, agile team that’s curious about new technologies and excited by what’s next in digital marketing. If you’re an SEO pro who thrives on autonomy, loves optimising websites for search and conversions, and enjoys helping shape strategy and process, this role could be your next step.
About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an experienced SEO & Content Manager to join our close-knit team. This is a key hire for us. You’ll work directly with our CEO to lead SEO across our client accounts, shape new website projects with an SEO-first mindset, and help us push the boundaries of what's possible using the latest tech, including AI.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, perfect for someone with 2–3+ years of agency SEO experience who wants to take more ownership, experiment with new ideas, and influence how we grow as an agency. This is a great opportunity to be a key voice in our strategic direction and have your thoughts valued. You’ll oversee a small network of freelance developers, copywriters, and link-building partners — but you’ll also be just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and writing conversion-focused content yourself.
Key Responsibilities
* Take the lead on SEO strategy and execution across a range of client websites
* Shape new website builds from the ground up with SEO baked in from day one
* Write, review, and optimise SEO-focused content that attracts traffic and converts into leads and customers
* Manage and coordinate with freelance developers, writers, and link building partners
* Collaborate closely with the CEO to refine SEO strategy, create SOPs, and develop repeatable success recipes for our clients
* Devise, test, and learn from new strategies and tactics, always keeping one eye on the latest algorithm changes and emerging trends
* Use tools like SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity to monitor performance and drive optimisation decisions
* Keep up to date with SEO best practices and experiment with new technologies, including AI tools, to deliver better, faster results
* Support and contribute to off-site SEO through content marketing, link-building strategy, and PR-style campaigns
* Interpret data with confidence, drawing actionable insights that improve rankings and user experience
* Help shape our internal approach to SEO, reporting, and documentation
* Optional: Attend client meetings and present insights, though this isn’t a requirement
Benefits
* £30,000–£35,000 salary (based on experience)
* Flexible remote working
* Company pension
* 30 days holiday including bank holidays
* Opportunities for professional growth and development
* Encouraged attendance at industry events and networking opportunities
* Collaborative, supportive, and dynamic working environment
