Promotional Marketing Executive.
Are you hardworking, organised and able to juggle a complex workload spanning multiple brands with a creative flair and a fierce ability to get things done?
Your main responsibilities
1. Co-ordinate the production of promotional materials and ensure that they are ready in a timely fashion by coordinating requirements with design and artwork producers, right the way through from the briefing stage to final artwork sign off.
2. Create detailed artwork briefs using excel spreadsheets to a high standard used for internal Artworkers and external agencies.
3. Proof a wide range of documents, copy and images to an exceptionally high level in quick timeframes.
4. Work with the digital team to upload content and artwork to our retailer intranet portal Competitor and Consumer Knowledge.
5. Support the Promotional Marketing Manager by providing market trends, industry and account analyses upon request.
6. Support the management & production of all additional, ad-hoc requests from all internal and external stakeholders, including the retailer estate.
7. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and by reading trade publications.
About You
1. Time management and working at a fast pace to tight deadlines.
2. Attention to detail and copywriting skills: spelling, grammar, and proof-reading.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Creative thinker who brings fresh new ideas to life.
5. Ability to work alone and as part of a highly supportive team.
6. Admin Skills including Microsoft packages and especially Excel (intermediate/advanced).
