The Role: Propositions Manager
The Propositions team ensures our offerings remain suitable for target markets and deliver promised outcomes throughout the customer journey. As an experienced Proposition Manager, you will lead change in areas such as product development and regulatory projects, always keeping the customer at the center. We seek a high-performing Proposition Manager with expertise in pension retirement income propositions, particularly annuities.
The team comprises subject matter experts with extensive knowledge of M&G’s insured propositions and a deep understanding of the legislative, regulatory, and tax frameworks relevant to our products. The Individual Products team is primarily responsible for ensuring our propositions are well-sold to target markets and provide leading solutions for advisers and customers.
You will join the Individual Products team within the Propositions area, focusing on Retirement Income, especially annuities. Experience in other areas like corporate pensions is a plus but not necessary.
Required Capabilities:
* Deep understanding of the annuities market
* Experience managing annuity back books
* Experience developing new solutions in Retirement Income
* Preparation of presentation packs for senior stakeholder meetings
* Ability to identify and deliver growth opportunities
Desirable Capabilities:
* Experience in annuity pricing
* Knowledge of the UK individual pensions market, especially the SIPP market
* Knowledge of the UK corporate pensions market
