Join our Team as Head of Change and Transformation Location: Home-Based (frequent travel to our Whiteley HQ and other regional offices) Salary: Competitive Hours: 40 hours per week between 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday About the role: As the Head of Change and Transformation at Onecom, you'll oversee the timely delivery of all internal projects, ensuring they meet our strategic goals in terms of time, cost, and quality. You'll manage a variety of projects, from new products and technology innovations to organisational changes, all while leading a small, engaged team of delivery managers, business analysts, data specialists, and continuous improvement experts. Reporting to our Group Operations & Billing Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth ambitions.
