Westbourne School caters for students aged 11-18, growing to 85 pupils across two sites. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering various subjects across the curriculum. Your Role
To provide high-quality education services for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and practices, and the standards set by the Regulatory Body. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, delivering, and teaching individual students or small groups in line with the School's Curriculum framework and related policies
* Monitoring, recording, and reporting on student progress
* Contributing to and helping implement developments that relate to the School Development Plan
* Promoting physical, educational, and moral development of the students in line with Company policies
* Coordinating the teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting of subjects and areas of learning across key stages as agreed with the Head Teacher
