Role responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients across various industries
* Providing technical advice on complex tax planning issues including inheritance tax, capital gains, R&D, share schemes and restructuring
* Overseeing and reviewing tax compliance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Acting as a strategic adviser to clients and helping them navigate changing legislation
* Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s continued growth
* Leading and mentoring a team of junior tax staff, supporting their learning and development
* Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving any tax-related queries

Candidate requirements
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification experience in tax
* Proven track record in delivering both compliance and advisory services across personal and corporate tax
* Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and planning opportunities
* Comfortable managing client relationships and presenting strategic solutions
* Experience leading a team and mentoring junior staff
* A commercial mindset and proactive approach to developing client services
