Our client has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join them as a Care Assistant in their Whitwell (Worksop) services. They have Full Time, Part-Time and Bank Hours available.
No prior experience is needed, as our client will give you all the tools you’ll need to excel in this role. All you need to bring is a hardworking, compassionate nature and a positive can-do attitude.

About the role
Our client's Care Assistants are enthusiastic about providing a high-quality and bespoke service to each of their clients, always putting those in their care at the heart of what they do. To ensure they can achieve this, their shift patterns include evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours.
To succeed in this position, you will need great communication and interpersonal skills so that you can form solid relationships with your clients and effectively hand over information to colleagues.
Working as a Care Assistant means no two days are the same as you will be supporting our residents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too.

Whilst drivers are able to take residents out and about, you do not need to be a driver – they have many non-drivers too!
This role encompasses a range of tasks dependent on the client’s needs including:
7. Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
8. Light household chores
9. Assistance with mobility and personal care
10. Assistance with shopping
11. Food preparation
12. Providing companionship
