We are seeking to appoint a part-time Office Administrator to cover maternity who is a motivated and enthusiastic individual. The post-holder will be the first point of contact for parents, carers and visitors to the school and should therefore possess a courteous and professional manner. The role involves a range of administrative tasks such as carrying out attendance, admissions and personnel procedures.
The successful candidate should have GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above (or equivalent) and experience working in an office environment. Previous experience working in a school and knowledge of SIMS is desirable, but not essential.
This post is for 22.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, Kent Range 5. Working hours will be Monday - Wednesday from 8.00am-4.00pm, including a 30 minute lunch break.
A formal interview will take place as well as a 30 minute task.

All new employees to the school, including those with previous local government service, shall be subject to a 6-month probationary period.
