Managed Services Reporting to the Managed Services Team Leader at DCS this, key role reporting to the Managed Services Team Leader is to work towards the goal of fulfilling tasks in relation to the service needs for our customers, by delivering results and exceeding customer expectations. Opportunity is based at our Slough location. Your role in our future - Follow established guidelines and procedures for receiving, opening, categorising, documenting, and preparation for client documents to facilitate processing. This will include preparation, scan, QA and index. - Exhibit ability to take verbal and written instructions to properly produce documents ready to be processed and interpret end users requirements. - To ensure operation of equipment is correct (cleaning and maintenance associated equipment) - Ensure projects have been executed to guidelines and Quality Checked during processing standards. - Flexible, proactive, diligent and self-motivated approach to work including effective communication & interpersonal skills with all at DCS and customers. - When required liaise with suppliers, customers and 3rd parties. - Exhibit attention to detail and consistency during the execution of tasks. - Knowledge of IT systems used in OST bureau. - You will be expected to meet reasonable performance targets which will be issued by the Company and may change from time to time. - Be willing to complete warehouse duties. - Assist the Managed Services Management team in tasks within the department. - To understand the importance to the data security and the information we process, keeping confidential. - The above is not intended to provide an exhaustive list of all duties involved but to set out the main areas of responsibility.
