You ll support our existing customers and source new customers, where you ll offer your expertise on our full product range to ensure our customers have the right equipment for the job. Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder s merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimising sales through effective sales techniques.
