Job Role: Showroom Manager
Location: Norwich
Salary: Basic £30,000 - £50,000 OTE + Company Car
Hours: 40.42 hours per week, 5 days (including weekends; Sunday working entitles you to an additional lieu day).

About the Role:
As the Showroom Manager, you'll lead an engaging and professional environment where customers enjoy more than just buying cars—they embark on memorable journeys. Your mission is to exceed sales targets, manage seamless processes, and inspire your team to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer programs and market trends, ensuring the showroom reflects a premium experience. Make informed decisions to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.
2. Streamline processes and collaborate across departments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the overall customer journey.
3. Create a culture of adherence to proven sales processes to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. Lead proactive efforts to generate new opportunities and utilise technology such as CRM tools, live chat, and video platforms to enhance customer interactions.
4. Demonstrate leadership competencies including strategic thinking, empowering and nurturing your team, and delivering clear communication. Optimise performance by removing barriers, allocating resources effectively, and focusing on customer-centric approaches that align with business goals.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven track record as a Senior Sales Executive or similar leadership role in the automotive sector.
2. Skilled in CRM systems with the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Results-oriented, with excellent organisational abilities to meet targets and deadlines.
5. Valid, clean UK driving license.
