Job Description
The role of the HR advisor will include:
3. Providing practical and consistent advice and support to managers on grievance, disciplinary, and performance management issues.
4. Advise and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
5. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
6. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
7. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans.
8. Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
9. Supporting the management of HR-related queries from employees and managers.
10. Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
11. Supporting the company's goal of being an employer of choice within the Business Services industry.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
12. CIPD level 5 qualified
13. A solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.
14. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
15. The ability to handle HR issues with confidentiality and sensitivity.
16. Proven experience in Human Resources Management.
17. Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
18. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
What's on Offer
A salary ranging between £30,000 and £32,000 per annum.
