The Role
Working with a diverse range of customers.
Driving orders and sales growth from current customer base.
Maximising revenue from the current clients.
Acting as an extension of the customers brands, understanding their unique needs.
Guiding customers on their requirements.
Working closely with the sales team and wider departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
Will be static site based.
The Person
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
Excellent organisation and planning skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy work load.
Ability to lead generate through the use of platforms and make pro-active phone calls to new customers.
Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in using CRM.
