The Head of Transformation Service Design is responsible for driving the strategic design of comprehensive, end-to-end transformative experiences for both customers and colleagues.
This role will take responsibility for the Design and Discovery phases of transformation initiatives across key portfolios, support the sizing, costing and planning, collaborate with Technology, Product and Design and ensure timeframes, scope, and costs are provided for planning and business case development.
Key Experiences Required:
* Extensive knowledge of End-to-End Experience Design
* Experience of Transformation sizing and costing
* Ability to create, discuss and mould Design Principles and Governance
* Collaborate with various teams across the business
* Leadership of up to 10 others
Initially FTC for 12 months but likely permanent opportunities after this transformation. The business will change drastically in the 12 months.
