Support worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing care to elderly clients. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary of £15 per hour.

As a Support Worker, you will provide care and assistance to an elderly clients, supporting their daily activities, fostering positive relationships, and prioritising their well-being.

You will be responsibilities for:

* Assist with daily care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and supporting personal care.
* Build and maintain positive relationships, always ensuring dignity and respect.
* Monitor and record physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, reviewing changes and providing updates.
* Participate in recreational events, both within the home and in the wider community.
* Contribute actively to team development and maintain accurate records.

What we are looking for:

* Previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker or in a similar role.
* Passion for care and a desire to contribute to the development of others.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.

Shifts:

* Morning: 9:30 AM -11:30 AM
* Evening: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
