We re looking for a strategic and driven Group Account Director to lead the client services team and ensure exceptional value and service is delivered to clients in the Health & Beauty sector. In this high–impact role, you ll oversee client relationships, drive service excellence, and lead a team to achieve business growth and profitability.
What you ll be doing:
Client Leadership:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Health & Beauty accounts, driving client satisfaction and retention.
* Build and strengthen client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted partner.
* Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Team Leadership:
* Oversee and mentor the client–facing account team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Guide the team in achieving client SLAs, KPIs, and personal development goals.
* Conduct regular one–to–ones, appraisals, and coaching to nurture talent.
Strategic Growth:
* Develop and execute an Account Development Plan to expand client relationships and unlock cross–selling opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Health & Beauty sector, maximizing revenue and profitability.
* Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Operational Excellence:
* Ensure all projects run seamlessly, from pre–production meetings to final delivery.
* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate, up–to–date client information and oversee timely invoicing and budget management.
For your application to be successful you must have the following experience:
* 10+ years in account management and business development, within a 3D POS printed production environment
* A strong background working with clients in the Health & Beauty sector is essential.
